i'm 2 today ~ Jihan Qaisara

alhamdulillah, my little girl turns 2 today...  she is such a pretty girl with a good brain and a positive attitude (though sometimes she'll drive us crazy..!) 
we had a great time with relatives and friends yesterday  ....Jihan was so eager to sing "hepi berday ta yu" repeatedly and simply loves blowing the candles ...she even asked papa to light up the candles again and again so that she can blow the candles again and again... 
Jihan even spoiled her pinky gown with the cake icing...  and her mouth was smeared with red sirap limau.... 
thank you to all for coming and thank you for the birthday presents...
thank you to kak zarina for the wonderful fruit tartlets, shams amir for the cute cupcakes, maktam for the jelly, and all others for the buah tangan... 
the menu on that day includes nasi briyani, mihun goreng, popia goreng, nuggets and sausages and chicken balls, watermelon, lemon fruit cake, chocolates and sweet (party packs), kuih tako, red jelly, air sirap limau...
may our Jihan grow up as a wonderful, beautiful, intelligent and solehah kid...mama n papa love u...

it's another more days to jihan's birthday!!! and we are so excited about it....
jihan has already got a birthday present from mama n papa a hippo slide and swing!!! now our small house is already looks like a playground for happy kids like jihan....!
jihan is always practising singing the "happy birthday" song....
mama also baked some pre birthday cupcakes for us....

Jalan-jalan Utara...
|
|
we went back to kedah for 5 days last week...we took the opportunity to jalan2 utara.... we went to kangar to meet rehan....rehan has been a good host with sam and shakira ...brought us to Pondok Sawa for lunch....it was superb!!! then off to Padang Besar...it was hot but luckily not so many people....just jalan2 and bought a "shembai" (spiderman) for RM 10 for jihan....
then we went to rehan's house then to shafi's house and meet chubby baby fawwaz...
then off to alor setar to see che an and a'aa and had dinner at secret recipe... 
prior to that we stopped by at al bukhary's complex...so beautiful..... mcm kat turkey pulak...
jihan is going to be 2 soon...look at how big she is now....

pre birthday bash!

today, mama, papa n wan went out shopping leaving Jihan at home....(poor girl)  anyway, if we were to bring Jihan, NO WAY we are able to shop leisurely...!! sorry dear....
but we managed to grab good stuffs for us and also for our dear Jihan...
we went to Toys R Us, initially planned to buy a slide/swing for her birthday. but no stock yet, not anywhere in the store all over Malaysia! (but why did they advertise it in the pamphlet?) 
anyway, wan bought a fun cottage for her...she was so excited playing inside it and asked everybody to go inside the cottage with her...

Jalan - jalan Aquaria KLCC
|
|
went to Aquaria KLCC to see lots of fish....many people were there...my rating: compared to underwater world in Jakarta, i favor Jakarta than KLCC..Aquaria KLCC is small, space is limited to roam around....ticket is expensive but too little exhibition to see...lack of good lightings!

time flies so fast...my dear daughter is going to be 2 this 24th June... she is so excited to celebrate her birthday...she can sing "epi bday to lu" repeatedly.... she's funny, witty, smart and adorable...she'll surely charmed eveybody who meet her personally....
we'll have a great birthday party with great presents!!

we went to jln2 at midvalley today ...it's school holidays so many exhibitions and attractions for the kids...thomas and friends, mickey mouse, spiderman, barney...jihan loves them all and wants to buy every single toys displayed... so we bought the cute mickey mouse that jihan used to call "mikimosh" and really sayyyaaaannng him.....

Bukit Tinggi Resort Day 3....

HAPPY 3RD ANNIVERSARY!!!
Yeah...that was the reason we were here.....to celebrate our anniversary! it was quite a memorable one, though at times we need to juggle along with our active jihan the explorer, all of us did have fun...! few drawbacks though- so many people around and the food was so expensive- 2 buns for RM 11!!!!
we had a good breakfast then had our morning walk at the colmar square...jihan did a "mini" performance at the stage.....she justlove dancing and showing off her talent on the stage after that we got ready to go home
that night me and asrul celebrate our anniversary by having dinner (just the two of us) at Sri Ayyuthaya Alamanda..... the food was good....i plan to bring the whole family here for the coming Mother's Day....
to my beloved hubby, Dr Asrul Abdul Wahab, thank you for suprising me with an anniversary card... i love you so much and even more day by day... semoga Allah panjangkan dan kukuhkan jodoh kita sehingga ke akhir hayat....may we be blessed with lots of children....dan semoga kita dpt mencapai cita2 kita, insya allah.....

Bukit Tinggi Resort Day 2....

we had an early start today.... a good breakfast and jihan really enjoyed eating meehoon, egg n yogurt..... after breakfast we went up the tower and saw a very scenic landscape from up there.... then we went to see some beutiful big koi fish and swans at the pond....
after getting ready for the day, 1st we headed to rabbit park....papa bought a colourful "kipas pusing2" (what jihan used to call)...some of the rabbits were in a big cage...a few were let free....but there were so many people (not like in PD-there weren't anybody)...jihan was so busy with her "kipas pusing2" and not paying so much attention to the rabbit... there were a few amusement rides there as well, so jihan had a go on those rides.....
jihan was quite sleepy and threw a tantrum, so we decided to go back to Colmar Tropicale and had a nap ....at around 2pm, we had our lunch....pasta and spaghetti... it was so expensive...
after lunch, we headed our way to Japanese Village and botanical garden....it was so uphill we parked our car and had to walk further up the hill another 300meters  ....mama n papa were puffing and panting!!! the Japanese Village was further up...so another few (lots and lots of) stairs up the hill....jihan refused to be carried....so she went up the stairs and down again all byherself...!!!! then down the hill to botanical garden but we were too tired to finish the course....
we went back to Colmar Tropicale and spent about 1 hour at the children's playroom...jihan just loves playing with the balls...and not forgetting the amusement rides...
dinner was ok....and we had an early bedtime bcoz we were tooooooo tired......zzzzzzzzzzz
