ALIM Toddlers Playgroup preview...

|
another hectic day for us today  ....we were heading to Bandar Baru Bangi for some matters...
first, we went to Pusat Zakat Selangor @ Section 8 to pay our zakat for this year.... 
then off we went to Susuibu.com @ Section 9 to attend the ALIM Toddlers Playgroup preview....  we thought of enrolling Jihan into this programme so, she can make friends, improving her social skills and have some fun through interactive learning....
we arrived a few minutes late and the class had already started...it took Jihan quite some time for her to warm up and then she just went along and really enjoying herself....  she was so independant and proactive during the session....  she made a few friends as well, mama too
then off we went to Auntie Dahlia's house then had lunch @ Famosa House....chit chat and exchanging stories and gossips....
then Jihan already poo poo, so we had to go home, we thought of going to Alamanda but had to cancel the plan...

my mama took quite a long leave (about 11 days off)...she planned to toilet train me but it went quite not as planned...
anyway, we had good time together...
few days of toilet train (which was unsuccessful)
went to shopping malls and jalan2...
went to the zoo and watch animals...
went to the musical theatre...
mama cooked a lot of good food that i really enjoyed... 
play and play and play...

outing...Zoo Negara....
|
|
off we went to Zoo Negara today, with atok, makngah and bibik... Jihan is very excited to see the tiger, monkeys, etc...
we got to see a lot of animals but most of them were still sleeping and they were all skinny....  we spent about 2 hours there...quite tired of walking...
anyway, enjoy the picts!

weekend in the heart of KL
|
|
so, we went to KLCC just for jalan2 and window shopping, but papa bought a new pair of Hush Puppies shoes had a good lunch of kebab and teppanyaki and Jihan had a good meal of both..
then off we went to Istana Budaya to watch Aladdin, the musical... while waiting for the matinee show, we went to Tasik Tititwangsa nearby and got to see The Eye of Malaysia....
the musical theatre was great and enjoyable...Jihan had a great time watching the show.. we bumped into Faizal Ismail (FBI) before that and he was friendly....
overall, Jihan was exhausted towards the end of the day....but she really enjoyed herself today....

Kuantan breakway...Day 3
|
|
it's our last day in Kuantan, then off to Temerloh to attend a wedding...
so, we had a very good and BIG breakfast at Kemaman Kopitiam....it was my first time there even though it was already there when we were in Kuantan 2 years ago....
we had delicious and absolutely aromatic coffee with bun bakar with kaya... also nasi lemak with burung puyuh...!! garlic bread pulut udang and pulut ayam... we really enjoyed the food so much....and the price...?? hmm...quite expensive for a breakfast, but it was worth it...!!!
then we went for a walk at Teluk Cempedak...a very bright morning and we walked to the other beach on the canopy bridge...Jihan also spent quite some time at the playground...
then off we went back to our apartment....this time, it was time to dip again into the pool....  Jihan was a bit excited this time and really enjoyed herself....
overall, this was one of the best vacation we had...with lots of yummy food to enjoy...

Kuantan breakway....Day 2
|
|
we started our day with a morning walk down and up the hill to the Teruntum beach and back to our apartment.... the view was spectacular and the breeze was refreshing.... then we looked around the clubhouse and the swimming pool as we intended to take a dip inside the pool later....
then off we went to breakfast at Restoren R&R...yum, yummyyyyy....we had a feast of nasi kerabu, laksa pahang, nasi dagang and nasi lemak with a few kuih.... we were so preoccupied eating our meals till we forgot to snap photos of our food...
soon, after breakfast, wan & atok went to the market to get some fresh fish, and other seafood so that we can bring them back home....and we went into the swimming pool and ahd a wonderful splash there.... but Jihan was feeling a bit timid on that day... she just sat at the edge of the pool and splashing her legs...
we spent about 1 hour in the pool...then had our shower and rest for a while...we went to the Teruntum Mini Zoo in the afternoon and Ramzi was already there to shoot our family's photo at the zoo... 
the zoo was quite good and the entire place was good for families outdoor activities...we had a quick snack of ABC and rojak:weee: ramzi's shots were good and we are waiting for the photos to be readied soon....
then, off we went to Kuala Kemaman to enjoy sata, otak-otak and hot keropok lekor.... absolutely delicious!!!!! we also had a very refreshing cool air kelapa....
soon after that, we found our way to the floating restaurant at Paya Bakau Tinggi for dinner....and we had a table full of yummiest food....kerapu steam, vegetable soup, a Thai dish (which i can't remember what it is called) and roti John special with refreshing asam boi drink... the meal was wonderful and the price was reasonable.....the place was nicely built floating by the river bank....
we had a wonderful and hectic day eating so many types of delicious food

Kuantan breakaway.....Day 1
|
|
yeah, we went to Kuantan again for another short holiday we simply love it here because of its nice town, beach and food!!!
we stopped by at Temerloh R&R and had a very good lunch of ikan patin masak tempoyak we finished off everything on the plate.... we also prayed jamak there and were very amazed at how the telekung and sejadah were nicely arranged
we arrived at Kuantan Tembeling Resort and it was a very nice place up on the hill facing the South China Sea... we rented a 2 bedrooms apartment and were very happy and satisfied with the apartment....
later that evening we had our dinner at Kg Tanjung Lumpur...our favourite ikan bakar stall, Ana Ikan Bakar Petai....yummy and delicious ikan bakar coated with sambal petai, kerang bakar, sweet sour lala, sotong goreng tepung, along with seafood tomyam and kangkung goreng belacan.....
papa and mama met our friends at Wan's tomyam and exchanging stories and gossips
